* It is important that your details are registered correctly to allow you to redeem points credited to your card.
Terms and conditions:
All Toast Loyalty Cards belong to Toast Bar & Bistro hereinafter referred to as Toast, and a holder of a Toast Loyalty Card is hereinafter referred to as the ‘cardholder’.
The Toast Loyalty scheme is a scheme whereby cardholders accumulate points on purchases made when visiting Toast.
A Toast Loyalty Card will accrue one point for every £1 spent to be redeemed at the cardholder’s leisure and must be presented before or at the time of payment.
Information on your points balance can be obtained from a member of Toast staff.
Your Toast Loyalty Card is personal to you and points may not be transferred to or from one card to another unless that card has been lost or stolen.
You will not receive additional points in respect of any bill paid with Toast Loyalty points.
Only points credited to a Toast Loyalty Card may be redeemed and points may take up to 24hours to be credited following a purchase.
Toast Loyalty Card points will not be redeemed for cash.
Toast reserves the right to withdraw, cancel or change the terms and conditions of the Toast Loyalty Card scheme at any time.
Toast reserves the right to refuse or cancel any cardholder’s membership. In cases where the cardholder is suspected of abusing the Toast Loyalty Card scheme, the cardholder’s points balance will be forfeited and any unused points cancelled.
Cardholders’ will be responsible for any loss or theft of a Toast Loyalty Card and should notify Toast by telephone or email as soon as they become aware of a lost or stolen card.
Toast will not be liable for any unauthorised use of any Toast Loyalty Card.
Cardholders’ must notify Toast of any change of address or contact details and Toast will not be liable for any loss of Loyalty Card or points resulting from any failure of a cardholder to advise of such change.
We take your privacy seriously and would like to retain information you have provided to us, including details of purchases made at Toast, to enable us to offer you products and services which may be of interest to you. These offers may be made via email or SMS (text messages). You may opt-out of any direct marketing from us at any time, regardless of whether you have previously given your consent. The data controller in respect of the information you supply is Toast Bar & Bistro, West Point, Wellington Street, Leeds LS1 4JY and your details will not be shared with any third party.
